It has been revealed there will be dramatic changes to Cleric in Neverwinter Mod 16: Undermountain. There will be divinity that can be used for encounter powers, and two reworked paragon paths for Clerics class to select.
Use divinity resource in Neverwinter Mod 16
The largest change to Cleric is the rework of the divinity resource. You will rely on divinity to cast many of your encounter powers, which are healing and damaging spells straightforward. Encounter powers that cost divinity can be cast consecutively with no cooldown, but cannot be cast if divinity has been run out. Divinity regenerates naturally over time, and it regenerate more quickly out of combat or when the cleric uses the new class mechanic Channel Divinity to pray to their deity.
Healing can become more flexible and active while healing spells linked to divinity. There is more of a chance to react to damage and heal as enemy attacks become less deadly with dungeons and trials rebalance.

Cleric’s reworked paragon paths: Devout & Arbiter
There will be 2 reworked paragon paths for Clerics to select, the Devout and Arbiter.
Compared with other healers, Neverwinter Devout relies on straightforward powerful heals, heal over time effects and effective divinity management. Arbiters are instruments of divine retribution who seek out and dispatch evil in the name of their god or goddess. Neverwinter Arbiter provides gameplay with deep damage dealing rotations which are based on the shifting scales of their deity’s judgement. They can unleash devastating holy fire on enemies.
